MJM Subdivision Discussion Site Plan Location: 17.18-2-2; 3232 Gomer Street Contact: Site Design Consultants Description: Proposed 13-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone. The proposed lots will be accessed by two proposed town roads on the east and west sides of the lot. This property was approved for the use of flexibility standards per Town Board Resolution dated July 18, 2023. 10. LaScala Discussion Site Plan Location: 17.13-2-94; 3270 Gomer Street Contact: Site Design Consultants Description: Proposed single-family residence, driveway, and stormwater management system. The site is served by public utilities. 11.
