SUBDIVISION PLAT, WETLAND PERMIT, STORMWATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION PLAN, AND TREE PERMIT FOR CRYSTAL COURT
RESOLUTION NUMBER: #24-17 DATE: September 9, 2024
On the motion of Bill LaScala, seconded by Robert Garrigan, and unanimously voted in favor
by Fon, LaScala, and Garrigan the following resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, a subdivision layout entitled "Subdivision Plat Crystal Court," prepared by Link
Land Surveyors, P.C., dated September 1, 2021, was submitted to the Planning Board on
behalf of PANBAR Realty LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Applicant"); and
WHEREAS, the property owned by the Applicant is located at Crystal Court, Yorktown
Heights, also known as Section 27.11, Block 2, Lot 43 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map
(hereinafter referred to as "the Property"), and the applicant has represented to this Board
that they are the lawful owners of the land within said subdivision; and
WHEREAS said subdivision plat and development plans were approved by Planning Board
Resolution #21-19 on September 13, 2021 and said resolution expired on March 12, 2022; and
WHEREAS no modifications have been made to the subdivision nor to any laws, regulations,
or rules of any jurisdiction in the process that would impact its approval by this Board; and
RESOLVED Resolution #21-19 is hereby granted two 90-day time extensions; and
RESOLVED Resolution #21-19 is hereby reapproved; and
RESOLVED Resolution #21-19 is hereby granted two 90-day time extensions; and
RESOLVED Resolution #21-19 is hereby reapproved; and
RESOLVED Resolution #21-19 is hereby granted a one 90-day time extension; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this last time extension expires on October 9, 2024; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all conditions from Planning Board Resolution #21-19
remain in full effect.
